Aerial Yoga

SoDakini's Aerial Yoga classes are the union of different experiences such as Embodied Yoga and aerial arts, a practice as stimulating as it is peaceful between earth & sky!
Embodied Yoga is a sensory practice in which your universe is at the center. With attention and through your body in movement, you will immerse yourself in your sensations and allow them to exist. A practice of listening so that each adjustment brings you ever closer to your own integrity.
A practice between earth and sky using a hammock! Aerial yoga takes us away from traditional postures to open up new forms of connection and exploration. Getting up high, putting your weight down, getting into suspension, moving in multiple directions offers us a new relationship with our bodies, our physical and emotional limits.
Learning to let go, to accept the support of the hammock, to settle down, is part of the SoDakini approach.
Aerial yoga has particular benefits for balance, fluidity, spinal decompression, grounding, whole-body stretching and working on self-confidence and letting go.
A fluid practice between earth and sky that will allow you to regain space and mobility so that you can gradually open up and hydrate yourself from within, develop awareness of your whole body and go out to meet yourself!
