Aerial Slow Motion

For those who need to slow down!
I created the "Aerial Slow Motion" class to take advantage of the hammock's support and fluidity, as well as the benefits of gentle, slow movements. Slowness allows us to listen, feel and slow down our rhythms. The swinging hammock massages and expands the body, connecting and relaxing it (fascia in motion).
We are constantly subjected to gravity, which more often than not weighs us down. Being supported and placed in the hammock allows us to share our weight and release our tensions, giving us a new relationship with gravity and with ourselves in our movements.
The Aerial Slow Motion course is a reset of our usual postures and a de-rigidifier for our structure through gentle, supported and fluid movement!
