SoDakini air yoga lessons are the union of different experiences such as embodied yoga and air arts and their benefits, a practice as stimulating as they are peaceful between Earth & Heaven!
The embodied yoga that comes from the embodied word is a sensory practice where your universe is at the center. With care and through your body in motion, you will immerse yourself in your sensations and allow them to exist. A listening practice so that each adjustment brings you closer to your own integrity.
Using a hammock (fabric), aerial yoga takes us from traditional postures to allow us new forms of connections and exploration ground. Take height, put your weight, suspend, move in 3D offers us new relationships with your body and physical and emotional limits. Learning to let go, accepting support for the hammock, deposit, is also part of the SoDakini approach.
In addition to developing muscle strengthening, air yoga has special advantages for balance, fluidity, decompression of the spine, stretching of the whole body and self -confidence.
A fluid practice between earth and sky to find space, movement and anchoring that will gradually allow you to open and hydrate the parts of your body, find mobility, develop awareness of your whole body and meet you.
