Aerial Slow Motion
For those who need to slow down !
I created the “Aerial Slow Motion” course to benefit from the support of the hammock and its fluidity as well as the benefits of gentle and slow movements. Slowness allows us to listen, feel and slows down our rhythms. The hammock, through its swing, massages and allows you to reach more space in the body at the same time, connects it and relaxes it (fascia in movement).
We are constantly subjected to gravity which most often weighs us down. The fact of being supported and placed in the hammock allows us to share our weight and release tension to offer us a new relationship with this gravity and with ourselves in our movements.
The Aerial Slow Motion course is a reset of our usual postures and a de-stiffener for our structure through gentle, supported and fluid movement!
